Internet speeds have increased and the price for them has decreased. Due to competition in the marketplace VoIP services have also decreased in price.
There is usually money to be saved in printing due to improved technology of the printers/copiers. You can now produce “professional printing” in-house rather than having to send it to an outside printing shop.
